Use of the Site
The site provides information about my services, a contact form, and free tools. Content is provided for general information only and does not constitute professional advice. An enquiry via the contact form does not create a client relationship; one is formed only when we agree scope, price and terms directly.
Free Tools
The authentication checker, cost calculator and comparison tools are provided free of charge, “as is”, without warranty of any kind. Their results are indicative only and do not constitute an audit, assessment or guarantee of your email deliverability. A domain that passes every check can still have deliverability problems, and a check that finds nothing may simply not have located the relevant records — the tool probes common DNS configurations and absence of evidence is not evidence of absence. You use the tools at your own discretion and are encouraged to seek qualified advice before acting on any result.
Intellectual Property
Site content belongs to me or is used with permission. You may view, print and share pages for personal, non-commercial use. Nothing on this site transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
Enquiries and Engagements
Commercial engagements (audits, rescues, retainers, managed hosting) are governed by the specific terms agreed in writing for each engagement, not by this page. Those terms take precedence over anything here.
